Who we are

SmartTranslate.ai is developed by the Polish company AIV, based in Warsaw.

The team consists of Polish developers and engineers, and our product development is based on engineering practices and AI expertise. Poland has long been a strong centre of competence in programming and technology, which contributes to both the quality and speed of our deliveries.

What we build

We build a tool that helps translate texts and documents across many languages and regional variants, taking into account context and the intent of the message.

In SmartTranslate.ai users can select a translation profile (for example industry, style, tone, formality and cultural adaptation) so the output is consistent with expectations and the content's intended use.

Principles we follow

We prioritise transparency: we clearly communicate the limitations of AI tools and advise verification of results for critical use cases.

We prioritise security and privacy: we design solutions to minimise the scope of processed data and to support user control (details in the Privacy Policy).

We prioritise quality: we build features that improve terminology consistency and linguistic adaptation for the audience.
