Who we are

SmartTranslate.ai is operated by the Polish company AIV, headquartered in Warsaw.

The team is made up of Polish developers and engineers, and we base product development on engineering practices and AI experience. Poland has long been a strong centre of competence in programming and technology, which contributes to the quality and pace of our deliveries.

What we build

We build a tool that helps translate texts and documents across many languages and regional variants, taking into account context and the speaker's intent.

In SmartTranslate.ai a user can select a translation profile (e.g. industry, style, tone, formality and cultural adaptation) so the output aligns with expectations and the content's purpose.

Principles we follow

We prioritise transparency: we clearly communicate AI tool limitations and encourage verification of results for critical use cases.

We prioritise security and privacy: we design solutions to minimise the amount of processed data and to support user control (details in the Privacy Policy).

We prioritise quality: we develop features that improve terminology consistency and linguistic alignment for the target audience.
